Shipping Within the UK
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Standard Delivery
• Cost: £3.99 (or FREE on orders over £25)
• Delivery time: 3-5 working days from dispatch
• Carrier: Royal Mail
• Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 2-5 working days.
• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel using the Royal Mail website.

• Photos of any damage
• Details of the issue
